CENTER LAB


Part of the Center for Ergonomics, the Human Sciences laboratory was designed and built from
2009-2011with the goal of simultaneous collection of cognitive and physical human data. Further,
the laboratory was intented to be full service for faculty and student working in these areas, giving
them a space to gather, colloborate, and work.

The laboratory's integrated systems include real-time motion capture, EMG, EEG, forceplace
(ground-force), eye-tracking, time encoded video, instantaneous feedback event/instruction and
photo-eye triggers with next stage integration of a smart board. Other research equipment include: environmental chamber, lumbar motion monitor, goniometers, dynamometers and other
field
equipment.
