Sig Four-Star 40

  • Wing span: 59"
  • Power: .52 cubic inch, 4-stroke engine
  • Radio: 4-channel
  • Weight: approx 5 pounds

This was the first (and proably last) plane that I built from a kit consisting of a stack of balsa wood and a set of plans. Even thought it was really pretty easy to build, the time invested is just not worth it. Besides, "Almost Ready to Fly" are of such high quality and low price, that I can't see building another kit. I would rather spend the time flying instead of building. (Photos taken June 2006).
